There is a science behind Reiki. Let's try to put some things in perspective.

Reiki allows you to find a sense of balance, so you can heal.

Reiki is the flow of energy through the body, from safe touch or hovering hands above the body (fully clothed), using natural energy, to help guide healing & promote balance, through transferred healing energy.

Reiki has been known to help with those who suffer from pain, injury, depression, emotional trauma, physical trauma, anxiety, addiction, and more.

Reiki does not remove health conditions or cure illness. Reiki should not be used in place of a medical doctor. 

Reiki is a form of Eastern belief & holistic proven approach of medicine.

Harvard Study

In fact, Harvard did a study on on Reiki, through The Center for Reiki Research, in 2015 & 2016, by members, William Rand, Dr. Ann Balbwin, Dr. & Natalie Trent. The study was accepted into the the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine, and acknowledged with significant findings. 

Diving even deeper into the science of Reiki, we can relate to quantum physics.

Quantum physics is the fundamental study of energy & matter. Our bodies relate to this same theory, when we talk about chakra's.

Understanding reiki is not an easy thing to grasp for everyone. It can sound so strange, and a little weird. 

Helping people understand, and gain the experience, is a goal that any person who embraces reiki would want.

That being said, we need to first talk about chakras and how they work in the body.

Chakras are energy points within the body.

Chakras (meaning "wheel" by definition), are constantly moving, high energy points, and are referred to as consistent, rotating disks.

Understanding chakras and how they function within the body, will open your eyes to a new understanding of life and balance in the body.

Not everyone will understand, and that's ok...

Our chakras rotate at a very specific frequency. When the frequency is off, you will find your body fatigued, feeling of being unsafe, depression, eating disorders, stress, anxiety, physical imbalances, pain, headaches, hearing loss, vision strain, stiffness, insecure, chaotic, hormone issues, moodiness, and more...

When your chakras are cleansed, and blockages are removed, your body can become relaxed mentally, emotionally & physically, allowing you comfort and peace.

It is through that comfort and peace, where new beginnings, and doors open, to the world of Reiki, with a new found understanding and gratitude.
